SPECIAL ORDERS / BACK ORDERS:

• No order will be processed including ordering special items without payment upfront. This is necessary to avoid ordering special items that do not get picked up. There are no refunds on custom items. 
• Special orders or out of stock items typically take 10-14 days to arrive. At times it may take longer. We try our best to keep you updated on the progress of all orders.  

Shipping Options:

• Ship via USPS (shipping is FREE).
  
• Deliver for orders over $150 for free within a 60 mile distance. (Small fee will apply to orders under $150 for delivery based on traveling distance.)
  
• Pickup.
